The District Chief Executive (DCE) for Gomoa East, Hon. Margaret Naana Ackom, together with the Member of Parliament for the area, has supported brilliant but needy BECE graduates with essential school items as they prepare to continue their education at the Senior High School (SHS) level.

The gesture forms part of efforts to support students from less-privileged backgrounds and ensure that financial difficulties do not become a barrier to their education. The beneficiaries received school-related items to assist them in their transition from basic school to SHS.

The DCE and MP encouraged the beneficiaries to take their studies seriously, remain disciplined and make good use of the opportunity provided to them.

They further reaffirmed their commitment to supporting education and promoting the academic development of young people in the Gomoa East District.
