The Central Regional Minister, Parliamentary Minister and District Chief Executive (DCE) for Gomoa East have engaged residents in an “Accounting to the People” programme to provide updates on the development agenda of the district.

The programme focused on giving residents a clear account of projects completed, projects currently ongoing, and new projects earmarked for implementation across the district.

The officials highlighted key achievements recorded under their administration, while providing updates on the progress of ongoing projects and outlining new initiatives aimed at improving infrastructure and the socio-economic well-being of residents.

They also used the occasion to assure the people of Gomoa East of their commitment to transparency, accountability and inclusive development, stressing that government projects must directly respond to the needs of the people.

The engagement provided an opportunity for residents to be informed about the district’s development priorities and to contribute to discussions on the way forward.
